1-1 AND SMALL GROUP COACHING

I have a limited number of slots with which I can offer private one-to-one self defence and fitness coaching.

This is a perfect way to train if:

  • Group classes don't fit your schedule

  • Starting the classes or training in a group makes you feel nervous, and would like to find your feet first

  • You have limitations that might preclude you from diving into group training

  • You'd like extra attention and want to learn extremely fast

I will train with you, and together we will empower on your personal safety, fitness, and confidence.  Training with me is always supportive and positive - I'm here to help you feel safer in your body, connected to yourself, and powerful in your day-to-day life.

I offer a monthly fee or 12 week block discounted payment for private 1-1 and small group coaching.​​​ 

All private training works on a 12 week basis, the bare minimum for growth and development.

CONCESSION MEMBERSHIPS

  • Resilience is very happy to offer concession memberships for anyone low-income who wants to train but honestly can't afford our fees.

  • We understand that individuals from marginalised backgrounds can need some support, especially our LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent friends who might not have the same kind of income as the rest of us.

  • These slots operate on a heavily discounted variable rate.

  • These slots are strictly limited and restrictied to those who need it the most!

GENERAL TERMS AND INFO

  • We don't charge a club Joining Fee!

  • However, Private students will be required to purchase a KMG Training License when they train for longer than 12 weeks.  This is your public liability insurance and is mandatory for long term training!

  • You will not need your own kit to start, but for longer term training it is strongly advised to get your own personal items.  We can advise on what to get!

  • Resilience club t-shirts are optional, and cost £25

  • Private training works on a 12 week (or three month) basis.

  • One calendar month's notice required when cancelling memberships.

  • We schedule classes across a 48 week training year, and break for 2 weeks during the summer and winter.
