I have a limited number of slots available for private 1:1 and small group coaching.

This is a perfect way to train if:

Training 1:1 with me means we can dig into the bigger picture. We won't just work on self-defence skills.
Because I’m also a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, we can work on building up your physical strength, improving your mobility, and figuring out how to fuel your body so you actually have energy for everyday life.

Together, we’ll figure out a way of training that actually fits your life. No rigid meal plans, no macho bootcamp shouting, and no forcing you to do things that lead to burnout. Just supportive, empowering coaching to help you feel safe, strong, and completely capable.

Want to train alongside a partner, a friend, or your designated 'safe person'? Small group coaching is a brilliant way to share the experience, support each other's fitness and nutrition goals, and split the cost.


All private coaching works on a 12-week basis. Why? Because true resilience, fitness, and skill development take time. 12 weeks is the bare minimum for us to build real, lasting growth and development.

THE SMALL PRINT

You will also need a KMG Training License (liability insurance) when training with me 1:1 or small group.​​​​

One calendar month's notice required when cancelling monthly memberships.​

We schedule sessions across a 48 week training year, and break for 2 weeks during the summer and winter.​​
