COME TRAIN WITH US!

Join us for a taster sesh to see if our training is right for you. 

​

Expect a functional warm-up, some work on movement exercises, then building striking skills, and of course the technique of the day.  Then we will put everything together to give context to the training.

 

You'll be paired with other, experienced students, and Al will regularly check in with you to ensure you're enjoying the session and that everything makes sense.

​​

Don't worry if you're a beginner, or if you feel unfit, and don't worry about not fitting in or if you feel anxious! 

​

There's nothing to worry about - we're all super friendly, welcoming, and supportive.  We will take care of you!
