Join us for a taster session to see if our training is right for you.
​
Expect a solid warm-up, some work on movement, striking skills, and defences, as as well as plenty of technical training - and a great workout!
You'll be paired with other, experienced students, and Al will regularly check in with you to ensure you're enjoying the session and that everything makes sense.

Don't worry if you're a beginner, or if you feel unfit, and don't worry about not fitting in or if you feel anxious!

There's nothing to worry about - we're all super friendly, welcoming, and supportive. We will take care of you!
